This is a 3 month commitment. ($185.00 per month)

Here is what you will get:

- 45 min game plan meeting (I will decide what you need to work on first based off our conversation/questions) *This can be done over video call if need be.

- individualized programming 3 days a week

-One to two Weekly check-ins (Via text)

-Unlimited questions and adjustments to programming if need be.

- Monthly video call if need be.
