What is a meal guide? A meal guide is nutrition coaching at a fraction of the price. It is a detailed meal plan that includes macros and calories if you wish to track, but it tells you exactly what you need to eat in order to achieve your goals. It also explains how to construct your own meals, offers my favorite suggestions and answers my top 10 most asked questions by clients in detail.
Meal guide 4 is for someone who:
-Is 5'4-5'6 looking to maintain and build muscle and lifts weights at least x3 a week
-or someone who is 5'9-6'0 and looking to lose body fat, maintain muscle and lifts weights at least x3 a week.
-Both want to learn how to fuel their body.
