What is a meal guide? A meal guide is nutrition coaching at a fraction of the price. It is a detailed meal plan that includes macros and calories if you wish to track, but it tells you exactly what you need to eat in order to achieve your goals. It also explains how to construct your own meals, offers my favorite suggestions and answers my top 10 most asked questions by clients in detail.
Meal guide 5 is for someone who:
-Is 5'3-5'6 looking to fuel their workouts, build muscle, lift weights and does high intensity workouts 3-4 days a week
-or someone who is 5'7-6'0 and looking to build muscle and possibly lose a little bit of body fat, but are active and lift weights 3-4 days a week.
-or someone who is looking to loose a lot of body fat (30-50lbs) and has never really tried to diet before.
-want to learn how to fuel their body.

As someone who’s been an athlete all of my life, i’ve tried a lot of different ways to fuel, seen a lot of nutritionists, and supplemented in various ways.
