At a very young age it was obvious how much empathy I had towards other people. It was a passion. As I grew older, fitness and health became a passion as well. Now I've combined the two to bring you thoughtful coaching, nutrition and programming.

I highly recommend Anna’s coaching in both nutrition and physical fitness. I was lucky to experience her guidance in both areas. Over the course of three months, I lost 12 pounds, maintained my strength, learned how to eat enough protein, and still enjoyed my love of food.
In my early twenties, I struggled with yo-yo dieting and an unhealthy relationship with food, which led to amenorrhea and brittle bones—I even suffered two fractures. Anna showed me that I didn’t need a strict or restrictive diet to be healthy. She taught me how to plan my meals and still enjoy my favorite foods.
More importantly, she helped me learn to value my body—not just for how it looks, but for what it can do. I now admire its strength in the gym (squats, burpees!) and appreciate the stamina it gives me to keep up with chores and play tag with my kids.
Most of us have a basic understanding of nutrition and fitness, but having clear goals and real accountability makes a huge difference. Anna’s weekly check-ins kept me accountable and humbled me. I thought I was eating clean, but once I started tracking my food, I realized I was consuming too much fat through things like nuts and oils.
Anna is direct, supportive, and truly listens. She sees your potential before you even see it in yourself. She also practices what she preaches—she genuinely loves food and fitness, and her dedication is contagious.
The money I spent on coaching was truly an investment in my health. My most recent lab work was excellent, and my bone health has improved significantly. I’m a 36-year-old mother of two, working full time in a sedentary job. I’m not on any medications, I eat clean, and I feel great. I’m committed to a lifestyle focused on wellness and longevity, and I have Anna to thank for helping me get here.

I worked with Anna on my nutrition through my gym for 3 months in the beginning of 2024. I’m 5’4”, mom of a toddler and go to CrossFit 3x a week. As it was my first time doing any form of nutrition coaching we decided on focusing on maintenance as well as to build muscle. I was also planning for a pregnancy but also felt I had plateaued in my training. Through Anna I found out I was under eating as well as not eating enough protein. She also provided intentional accessory exercises pre and post classes that showed a deeper understanding of preventing and treating common muscle injuries in CrossFit and Olympic lifting. With her coaching I gained more muscle, got stronger, and hit a lot of PRs in all my lifts. Overall I definitely recommend working with her!

I purchased the 1 on 1 nutrition coaching and did it for almost a year. If you stay true listen and are honest and open this is a product that can definitely help you. I went from 280 to 240 with Anna in that time! Im a 5’7 35 male. Not only did she mend my relationship with food, she showed me how I can still eat deliciously yet healthy!I urge you to give it a shot!

Having Anna as a coach has been truly motivating. She customized an awesome program based on what I was looking for (strength training with some gymnastics skills mixed in). As someone who’s been an athlete all of my life, i’ve tried a lot of different ways to fuel, seen a lot of nutritionists, and supplemented in various ways. NEVER have I felt so good since sticking to this meal plan. Not only has my body transformed and brought me confidence, but I can walk into the gym everyday knowing I won’t struggle due to lack of nutrition. This has honestly been the most incredible part. Anna makes it easy with this meal guide, and also feasible!!!

My body didn’t look like I work out as hard as I do till I followed this diet plan. The amount of work I was putting in wasn’t yielding the aesthetic result I thought I should have. I work out hard 4-5 days a week and I still had a gut. I was strong and capable. Sleeping well and staying hydrated. Anna listened to me and prescribed a plan that still allowed me a sweet treat. I love sugar and I love my abs.
